Journalism Program Begins in Fall 2010

Beginning in fall 2010, Marywood will be offering an undergraduate degree program in journalism as part of its Communication Arts Department. The degree will focus on broadcast journalism and emerging electronic social media and social networking systems. Students will also explore ethics and journalistic principles. Students in the program will take core courses within the Communication Arts Department, as well as coursework in journalism and English.
